SCS was founded in 1999 by a group of software sales professionals who witnessed firsthand the non-uniform sales tactics and negotiation practices of IT vendors.
Our company was formed with the sole intent of helping clients successfully navigate complex vendor negotiations by providing analysis, strategy development, procurement support and competitive market insight into unit pricing, licensing structures, term concessions, total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling and negotiation precedence that serve as valuable leverage in the contract negotiation process.
Today, SCS has locations across the US including Florida, Rhode Island, Washington, California, New York and New Jersey. SCS is independently owned and operated with no other corporate investment or interest. SCS is also a Certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).

Some of our clients prefer to maintain direct negotiation with their vendors, but use our license advisory services to help ensure they are getting the best possible pricing, terms, and conditions. Other clients need staff augmentation during peak contracting periods to help finalize vendor negotiations. We can accommodate any number of engagement models.
